Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.
Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ermina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Ermina reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Ermina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: He is dressed in a clean red cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Fulbar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Fulbar was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He sports a flattop crest cut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shamash is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shamash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She keeps her blonde hair in a flapper bob. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Junk Dealer, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. He has a hunchback. His hair is white and curly. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'3". He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His ears are large.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Gunter would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gunter's homeland. Gunter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. He keeps his long cinnamon fur kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Left-Handed was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult
