Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Gardener, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Arava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to share knowledge with the world

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this western woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. Her crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
