History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a Knight first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.
