Description: This younger middle-aged man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is short and brown. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Bilbron speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bilbron grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bilbron. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bilbron never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
