History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Gynnie and her spouse have recently divorced.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Grigi was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but she was a colossal failure. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. A true patriot, Dain would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Dain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
