Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He is portly but not overly obese. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Morkral grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Morkral. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Folgûm has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: She was born in the north. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has worked as a Beggar like her mother before her.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor.
