History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Roofer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nedda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Therlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: Lone lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Ellyjoybell was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ellyjoybell's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
