She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Tricking and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to end her boredom

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Holg grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Pogranix hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
