Description: He stands about 3'4" and sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Osco was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Osco decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Jeweler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Rangrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Damaia was born with her mother's beautiful face. Damaia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
