Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To protect his home; and to be a shepherd again

Description: She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She carries with her a set of kukris, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Sporting a white mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was born in the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahinar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and his religion dominates his actions

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Slave Trader but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he desires power and/or immortality
