Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vadania embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Vadania hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Vadania alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Naal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Naal took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
