Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Birel was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Gardener. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now mingles about in high society.

He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
