History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her hair is red and curly. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Heather was born with her mother's beautiful face. Heather abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: Standing 6'3", this woman wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. Her copper crest is braided into rings. Her red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Stableman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born into a rich family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a grey shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Brottor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Brottor. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is in excellent shape and tends to wear a large white jacket. Her silver hair is long and unkept. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Merla is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and money/treasure

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'10". She wears long strands of sapphire and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has wavy blonde hair. Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She got into the Locksmith business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. She's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
