Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bertram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Bertram was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
