History: Hupe hails from a village terrorized by orcs. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Hupe was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Smoking is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Smoking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
