She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: He was born in a small desert village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north.
