When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Mumpena hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mumpena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mumpena. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Cook. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She struck the Brewer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Cora was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Cora never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
