Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Seraphina isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: Born to a Shepherd, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Seraphina and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Painter job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Herbalist profession.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Engraver and occasionally as a mercenary.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Alberich was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and doesn't want to be a mason and was forced into it by his family

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears baggy tan pantaloons and a white scarf. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beiro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beiro. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Half-Orc compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people
