Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Hadarai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Hadarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Menny took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and balancing her hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fax never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kelter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Kelter reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Kelter and his spouse have recently divorced.
