Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Carter who has hired him part-time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Five was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Laborer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Dyer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dyer. She became a Dyer soon after.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
