Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She wears her gold crest up. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Daar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Diggory took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diggory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elaim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears long strands of amethyst and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is white and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Williamina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Williamina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Williamina and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student she started as a Bounty Hunter, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
