History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Chay is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sutha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Sutha was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her son

The war was a terrible time for him, and Ogthrak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
