Personality: Spear is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Spear was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Description: An older woman who tends to wear a large tan jacket, she is not a threatening figure. She has shaved her head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Falkrunn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Falkrunn was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and balancing her hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thiala grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Kildrak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kildrak decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This tall, slender woman prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. She has no crest. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Harann's homeland. Harann decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has worked as a Blacksmith like her mother before her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and sabotage a competitor
