Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her copper crest is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end her boredom.

Description: She wears skinny pants and wears a violet and black robe with the hood down. She carries with her a set of greatswords on her belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Anastrianna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: Windy was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by her family.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during and is in decent physical shape. She has no fur. Her eyes are likewise yellow. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. A true patriot, Sybil would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Slave Trader. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Engraver business.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kelter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: She hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and retire the richest woman in the north
