History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Cimer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
