Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Rimple learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He carries with him a set of longbows on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He has no hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ulfgar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Joan was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Joan decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Avice isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Avice hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
