History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She tends to her Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
