Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
