Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Butcher. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Adran was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Adran's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Adran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His tied-back hair is silver. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: A 5'8" eastern man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Windy learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it and is in decent physical shape. She has styled her black crest well, parting it to the left. She has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barrister who has hired her part-time. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by her family; and to settle down with her crush

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorpe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Thorpe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and expand his business

Description: She is a husky woman, who is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Detective again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jaxi grew up listening to her father's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and to settle down with her crush
