History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Ûshgol was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Melech hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Melech lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gifted from a young age, Delebean studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Delebean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Delebean. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Oriff was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
