History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family

History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Megged was taken on many hunting expeditions. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
