Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win.
