After coming to the age of reason, Valida took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Now she works as a singing tutor during her time off.

History: Traki lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second daughter.
