Description: She wears a black wide-brimmed hat and black clothes, and carries scimitars. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her ears are large.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for her, and Decarabia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Decarabia hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Decarabia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A pudgy man standing about 2'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Apothecary. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to get laid

His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Aerdeth isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Junk Dealer.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Ahinar was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Harbek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Aura was born the youngest of three triplets. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Sellsword, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Fortune-teller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: She typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She carries a battered sword and tarnished monstrous two handed axe as well. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born into a rich family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bimpnottin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
