Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His orange fur is singed and shortened. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aura grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aura. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This northern woman wears a green shirt, with a black mid length skirt with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair is black and very short. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by her family

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To be a Sculptor again; and expand his business

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Conrad was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sage. He now owns his own business.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gardain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has moderate length brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fargrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Fargrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: She stands about 4'10" and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. After months of barely getting by, Hatae managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
