Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born in the west. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and likes to wear violet tank tops with tan skirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A freak accident while working with her Architect mother left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Tordek was born the youngest of three triplets. His childhood dream was to be a Weaver, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
