Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Giselle took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
