He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
