History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Through the years after Nala was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nala's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Eva's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
