Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, Therai would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Nicholas took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Andraste alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Sculptor soon after.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She tends to her Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
