History: Ar-Karo was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ranala was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and balancing her hectic life and new jeweler responsibilities is difficult

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and retire the richest woman in the east

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
