History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Cecily was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cecily's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
