Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Wiggan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and many giants want him driven away

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a worn and beaten armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Fonkin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to unite with his brother

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: She's in love; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Dagnal was born with her father's beautiful face. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Glassblower. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
