Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Spy and found it very stressful. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Ogbur hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ogbur was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
