Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, and is pretty ugly. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Trym was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Mella liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Direcris was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Gardener, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and doesn't want to be a gardener and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Serpent was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Serpent's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Baker.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Pogranix was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pogranix decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
