History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Zaffrab was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sarah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Audhild liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
