Description: She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She carries with her a set of ceremonial daggers on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was born in a small desert village. Lia liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She struck the Locksmith job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She wants revenge against giants; and many giants want her driven away

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Audhild grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a Apothecary, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has shaved her head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Aline abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has a crush on the local Performer; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
