History: Born to a Armorer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Raer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Raer's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Raer and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born in the south. Perra was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Perra decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
