History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nikki never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Purban lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north to a Miner, Saphara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She tends to her Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and wants to work out more often

Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She wears an entirely green suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her silver crest is smooth and relatively long. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her small green hat.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Biri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Biri has worked very hard to control her curse. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Jeweler for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Bernard was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
