Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Tod lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jezebeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Ellywick took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with her Bather mother left her crippled. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
